Misty was born in Galliano, Louisiana. She is a 2003 graduate of Nunez Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Business and a 2010 honor graduate of Herzing University with an Associate of Science in Legal Studies. Misty joined the law firm of Salley & Salley, LLC as the Paralegal to Ms. Laurel Salley and Ms. Kristyl Treadaway in September of 2011. Her position within Salley & Salley, LLC is to assist Ms. Salley and Ms. Treadaway in all of the aspects of their legal objectives, as well as directly assist the needs of clients.
