What happens in a consultation?
 
A consultation is the first meeting with the attorney.  Before this meeting takes place, you will have completed forms for the attorney to review so that she can familiarize herself with your particular situation.  The attorney will then meet with you to discuss your options and determine the best course of action to obtain your desired outcome. 
 
What should I bring to my consultation? 
 
Bring a list of questions to ask the attorney, so that all of your concerns can be addressed during that time.  You should also bring copies of any prior court orders or judgments related to your case, and anything that you have been served with recently. 
 
How will I be billed after I have retained my attorney? 
 
During your consultation, the attorney will inform you of the advance deposit required for your specific case. After this deposit is paid, the attorney will begin work on your case and bill at their regular hourly rate. You will receive monthly invoices itemizing all work done on your case, and indicating the funds that remain in your account. 
 
What methods of payment do you accept? 
 
Our office accepts cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard
 
How do I know if I need an attorney?
